What Are the Participation Requirements?

• Individual participation is not allowed.
• All participating artist names and artwork visuals must be submitted to the Selection Committee for approval. Galleries, artists, and artworks not approved by the committee will not be allowed to participate in the fair.
• The minimum booth size available for rent is 24 m². In a 24 m² booth, it is possible to exhibit works by up to 2 artists on the walls and works by 1 artist on pedestals in the center. For booths larger than 24 m², works by an additional artist may be displayed for every extra 10 m² on the walls, and for every 24 m², works by an additional artist may be displayed on pedestals in the center. A minimum of 5 linear meters of wall space will be allocated per artist.
• Artworks larger than 60 cm in height cannot be hung one above the other. If two artworks smaller than 60 cm in height are hung on one panel, only one artwork may be hung on adjacent panels. Large-scale and new works are preferred; however, there are no size restrictions for artworks.
• A minimum distance of 40 cm must be maintained between exhibited works. The fair management reserves the right to intervene in cases of rule violations regarding exhibition layouts.
• Except for non-commercial collection pieces and works by deceased artists, an artist’s works may not be exhibited in multiple gallery booths within the same fair. In such cases, the artist retains the right to choose one gallery for representation.
